Kelly Baldwin. As a Solano County Native, Kelly Baldwin is a third generation Realtor starting her career in 2001. Her initial entry into the Real Estate industry was through the mortgage side which led her to commercial real estate in 2003, specializing in 1031 Exchanges, transitioning to residential real estate in 2009. Joining Hamann Real Estate in 2015 her successes led her to be named the top producing agent in her brokerage for 2016, 2018, and 2020. In 2017, she was voted by her peers as the best real estate agent in Benicia/Vallejo and came in as runner up in 2018 and 2020.
